Advanced Tail Training offers;

Tailwheel Orientation Flights

Tailwheel Orientation Flights are very similar to the first session of the Tailwheel Transition Training. Expect about an hour of flight time.

Tailwheel Transition Flights

The Tailwheel Transition Training is set up for 4 hours if everything goes well. Successful completion will result in a Tailwheel Endorsement.

Spin Avoidance and Recovery Training

The Spin Avoidance and Recovery Training is set up for 2 sessions of about 1-1.5 hours each. Successful completion of the course will result in a Spin Endorsement.

We offer Flight Activities and Endorsements for participants in the FAA WINGS Program. All our Flight Reviews are done using the WINGs Program.

The Airplane is a Bellanca Citabria 7ECA - 150 based at M54, Lebanon Municipal Airport near Nashville, TN.

Our focus is on improving basic stick and rudder skills and to enhance the aviation experience while having fun. After all, if it isn't fun why do it?

Our mission is having fun in the Airplane while teaching techniques that will make you a better and safer pilot, techniques that will carry over into every type of flying that you do.

“You will not rise to the occasion; you will fall back on your level of training.”
-Archilochus, Greek Soldier, 650 BC

All our training is based on $220.00 per hour
